Who writes the Journal, and how

GUZZI ART is a collectible art universe created by Daniel Cordoba, a self-taught young contemporary artist in Miami. Each piece is an original, one-of-a-kind hand-drawn and hand-painted work; the Journal is the house's editorial room, written in English and Spanish.

The Journal is the editorial room of GUZZI ART. Its articles are drafted with research tools from a dated Brief — facts, sources, and the questions readers actually ask — then written in the house's voice and read, edited and signed off by David before they are published. One article a week; every one in English and Spanish.

So far: 4 articles published · 4 in Spanish · 0 with their sources listed.

The six Rooms

How we work

  1. 01Every article begins as a dated Brief: facts with their sources and dates, the questions readers actually ask, and what the house may and may not say.
  2. 02Sources are listed at the foot of each article with the outlet and the date they were published; a URL the writer invented is never kept.
  3. 03An article names no prices and gives no investment advice; a feature of the house is described by what it does for a collector, never by how it is built.
  4. 04When an article is corrected or brought up to date, its «updated» date changes and the correction is noted on the page.
  5. 05Articles are drafted with research tools and written in the house's voice; every piece is read, edited and signed off by the editor before it is published.
