Policies of the House

Effective June 2026 · Applies to guzziart.com and GUZZI ART · EDITIONS

The Studio

GUZZI ART is an independent art studio. Everything offered on this site — original paintings, fine-art prints and the limited, numbered handcrafted collectibles of GUZZI ART · EDITIONS — is created in the studio and sold directly by it. All prices are shown in U.S. dollars (USD). These policies, together with your order confirmation, form the agreement between you and GUZZI ART for every purchase made on guzziart.com. Collector care: hello@guzzi.art.

Terms of Sale

These terms apply to every purchase from the studio: original artworks, fine-art prints and EDITIONS collectibles. Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when your payment has been successfully processed and you receive an order confirmation by email. The studio reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order prior to dispatch — including in cases of suspected fraud, payment irregularities, or a material error in price or description — in which case any amount paid is refunded in full.

All EDITIONS pieces are produced in strictly limited, closed editions and are held in stock at the studio. Each piece is assigned its individual numbered serial at the moment of purchase. Availability is shown in real time; in the rare event that a piece becomes unavailable after your order (for example, a simultaneous purchase of the final piece), you will be notified immediately and refunded in full.

Displayed prices are final and include insured worldwide shipping. In the event of an obvious pricing or description error, the studio is not bound by the erroneous listing and will offer you the choice of confirming the order at the correct price or cancelling it with a full refund.

Payments

All payments are processed securely by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. Your card details are transmitted directly to Stripe and never touch, and are never stored on, our servers. Accepted payment methods are those offered by Stripe at checkout. Orders are dispatched only after payment has fully cleared. To protect collectors and the studio, transactions may be subject to standard fraud screening by the payment processor; the studio may request additional verification, or cancel and refund transactions flagged as high-risk.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide, fully insured and tracked, at no additional cost — shipping is included in the displayed price. Because every piece is in stock at the studio, orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days after payment has cleared. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details, and for EDITIONS pieces the journey remains visible on the piece's provenance passport.

Delivery times quoted by carriers are estimates, not guarantees. The studio is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing or events outside its reasonable control, though we will always assist you actively in locating and resolving any delayed shipment. Title to the piece passes to you upon receipt of full payment; risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery.

Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate. Where a delivery fails or a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the buyer, or because the parcel went unclaimed, any re-shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.

If your piece arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@guzzi.art with photographs of the piece and its packaging, and retain all packaging materials. Every shipment is insured: we will resolve the matter with a repair, a replacement where the edition allows, or a full refund.

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

You may cancel any order for a full refund at any time before dispatch by writing to hello@guzzi.art.

We extend to every collector, wherever located, a 14-day return right consistent with EU and UK consumer standards: you may return your piece for any reason up to 14 days after delivery. To start a return, write to hello@guzzi.art from your purchase email within that period; the piece must then be shipped back within 14 days of your notice.

Returned pieces must arrive in their original condition and packaging, including the certificate of authenticity where one was issued. You are responsible for the cost and adequate insurance of the return shipment, and for the piece until it reaches the studio, unless it arrived damaged, defective or not as described — in which case the studio bears the return cost. A deduction may be applied where a returned piece shows handling beyond what is necessary to inspect it.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of the studio receiving the returned piece, or receiving proof of the return shipment, whichever is earlier. Nothing in these policies limits any non-waivable rights granted to you by the consumer law of your country.

Import Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, VAT or other import taxes and fees levied by the destination country. These charges, where applicable, are determined by and payable to the relevant authorities and are the recipient's responsibility; they are not included in the price and are outside the studio's control. If a shipment is refused or abandoned because import charges were not paid, it will be treated as a return, and any non-recoverable carrier, customs or return costs may be deducted from the refund.

Authenticity & Intellectual Property

Original artworks are unique, signed pieces; fine-art prints are produced in controlled runs. Each EDITIONS piece is individually numbered and delivered with a certificate of authenticity and a living provenance passport, reachable via the QR code on the piece itself. Editions are closed: once sold out, they are never repeated.

Some works pay artistic homage to cultural or automotive icons. GUZZI ART is an independent studio and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any referenced brand; referenced trademarks belong to their respective owners. All artworks, product imagery and texts on this site are © GUZZI ART, all rights reserved. Purchase of a piece conveys ownership of the physical object only and does not transfer any copyright or reproduction rights.

EDITIONS pieces are handcrafted decorative art objects intended for display. They are not toys, are not intended for use by children, and are not certified for any functional or mechanical use.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

This website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”. While the studio takes reasonable care to describe and photograph every piece accurately, screen colors may vary, and minor variations in finish, tone or texture are inherent characteristics of handmade works — not defects.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of any piece or from the use of this website, and the studio's total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the piece concerned. Nothing in these policies excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud, or your non-waivable statutory rights as a consumer.

The studio is not liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including carrier disruption, customs actions, natural events or other force majeure. If such an event delays an order by more than 30 days, either party may cancel the order for a full refund.

Privacy

We collect only the personal data needed to serve you: your order, contact and shipping details, your email address if you join a notify list or the Inner Circle, and first-party usage analytics to understand which works resonate. We do not sell or rent personal data to anyone, and we retain it only as long as necessary to fulfil orders and meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We rely on a small number of trusted processors: Stripe (payment processing — we never see or store your card details), Resend (transactional email) and product analytics (Google Analytics, PostHog). Each processes data only on our instructions and under its own compliance obligations.

You may unsubscribe from any marketing email in one click, and you may request access to, correction, portability or deletion of your personal data at any time by writing to hello@guzzi.art. We answer every request personally and without undue delay.

Governing Law, Disputes & Contact

For any question about an order, a piece or these policies, write to us first at hello@guzzi.art — we answer personally and aim to resolve every matter amicably and quickly.

These policies are governed by the laws applicable at the studio's place of establishment, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence, which remain fully available to you. If we cannot resolve a dispute together, you retain in full the rights and remedies granted by the law of your country.

The studio may update these policies from time to time; the version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
